illnessIt is said that prevention is better than cure. What kind of individual would want to get sick? Not only does it make you feel bad, but it is also expensive. You have to buy medicines consult a doctor and if worse come to worst, you will be confined in a hospital which is very costly. So what we do is we take drastic measures to prevent from being sick.

Regular intake of vitamins is perhaps the most famous way of keeping our health stable. But we should also be careful with this. We could not just drink any vitamins we desire since there are vitamins that cannot be taken if a person is under medication. Some vitamins if taken in excess could even endanger our health. We should consult a doctor on what medicine would suit us best. Another preventive measure would be eating the right food. We should always eat fruits and vegetables and minimize eating foods which are rich in fat. Fasts foods should be taken in moderation since they contain a lot of fat. We should also regularly check with our doctors because some sickness cannot be prevented by just eating right, taking vitamins and exercising regularly. We should always monitor our health with the help of our doctor so when we contract a disease we would not know it when it was already too late to cure it.

To end, we should put our health on our priority list. We should not disregard it for being sick is never too easy.
